Resumo
Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por intermédio de revisão bibliográfica, sobre a perversão e o funcionamento psicodinâmico do violentador sexual incestuoso da criança. Atentamos para o funcionamento psíquico dele, considerando as possibilidades de intervenção, a partir da teoria psicanalítica e suas contribuições na compreensão desse fenômeno. Nas últimas décadas, pesquisas foram desenvolvidas buscando identificar diferentes aspectos e consequências da violência sexual intrafamiliar para a criança. Observamos que há carência de pesquisas relativas à compreensão dos aspectos subjetivos dos violentadores sexuais incestuosos. A escassa literatura encontrada trata esses violentadores sexuais da criança, como pedófilos ou perversos, não levando em consideração a complexidade e a especificidade de cada caso. Problematizamos o funcionamento psíquico dos violentadores sexuais incestuosos, através de pesquisas, que promoveram a escuta desses sujeitos em seus discursos e subjetividades. Investigamos em que medida o recurso à teoria psicanalítica pode explicar os aspectos psicológicos e psicodinâmicos dos autores de violência sexual incestuosa contra crianças para além da estrutura de personalidade desses indivíduos.

Abstract
This article presents the results of a qualitative research, carried out through a bibliographical review, on the perversion and the psychodynamic functioning of the incestuous sexual abuser of the child. We consider the psychic functioning of the same, considering the possibilities of intervention, from the psychoanalytic theory and its contributions in the understanding of this phenomenon. In the last decades, research have been developed seeking to identify different aspects and consequences of intrafamily sexual violence for the child. We note that there is a lack of research concerning the understanding of the subjective aspects of incestuous sexual abusers. The meager literature found treats these child abusers as pedophiles or perverts, not considering the complexity and specificity of each case. We problematize the psychic functioning of the incestuous sexual abusers, through research, that promoted the listening of these subjects in their discourses and subjectivities. We investigate to what extent the use of psychoanalytic theory can explain the psychological and psychodynamic aspects of the authors of incestuous sexual violence against children beyond the personality structure of these individuals.
