Abstract

This study intends to analyze the administrative role plus the experiences acquired by the managers, to be applied in a

constantly changing environment, as well as the challenges faced, and the actions implemented to overcome situations of

uncertainty. The methodology used was bibliographic research, with the collection of material on the subject in e-books,

scientifi c articles, and websites according to the content indicated. It was recognized that a good manager should use

communication as a means of clarifying and maintaining tranquility among employees, as this way, the manager will

clearly leave the competitive advantages and new achievements that can be achieved from the involvement of all. The

outcomes indicate that the Administration is an important support instrument for managers, and that they are currently

playing a more significant role due to the increasingly competitive and test-driven market, where the survival of a busi-

ness is linked to how much you invest and train today.
