Abstract
This study discusses Brazilian social security law and comparative law, exploring issues related to social security that have been democratically achieved throughout human history. The focus is on the role of social security law in relation to the Social Security system, regulating, applying, and defending the relationships between beneficiaries, contributions, and the roles of the state and private organizations. A fundamental characteristic of this field is its continuous connection between the past and present, requiring ongoing study by lawyers who wish to specialize in this area. The study also seeks to analyze the social evolution of social security on a global scale, using a methodology that includes bibliographic research, articles, online materials, and doctrinal books to deepen understanding of the subject. The ultimate goal is to understand the legal actions related to the rights of Brazilian citizens regarding social assistance and social security, addressing topics such as death, age, and illness, and how these aspects affect the system of monthly payments to ensure the security of workers.
