Currently, due to the concern of organizations with issues such as sustainability and the environment, they make a contract to support their administrative decisions, which is of great importance. The development and application model of an expense methodology with simple mathematical formulas, demonstrating to consumers the importance of knowing fundamental information and allowing control actions to be better implemented.

The work begins with physical recognition, which identifies the location and inventory of all final consumption items in each of the cost centers. Some examples of consumer items that require identification include incandescent and fluorescent lamps, air conditioners, medical equipment, computer equipment, electric showers, laboratory equipment, televisions and others.

The most used medicinal gases in procedures carried out directly on the patient and their application is through the use of equipment: Respirators, anesthesia devices, inhalers, etc. They are distributed throughout the different operating areas through a network of pressure tubes and valves
