ABSTRACT

The present study aims to analyze the evolution of cyber crimes and the difficulty in identifying those responsible. It seeks

to investigate the causes associated with the practice of cyber crimes, such as criminais authorship and the collection of

evidence. Demonstrate the vulnerability of Brazilian legislation in the face of criminal practices in the virtual environment,

observing the fragility of specific norm in the definition of some crimes and in the application of sanctions that correspond

to the illicit practiced. Therefore, the present research will carry out a bibliographic analysis with materials published in

periodicals, magazines, books and electronic networks. In addition to consultations with government websites to address

the aforementioned laws.
