INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS: CRITICAL STUDENTS - EFFECTIVE CITIZENS

SUMMARY:

One of the main teaching strategies in higher education is the study of texts. The practice of reading in several of the course leads the student to critically reflect on the adjustment of the procedure. The study was carried out with the analysis of teaching plans and complemented by “reading comprehension” indices, evaluated at different levels of education. The use of this didactic procedure could qualify it. From the results obtained, it is possible to understand the infinity of human learning, in which each individual is born prone to learning the human way of being, and for this they will have to be helped and make an effort to truly become the human way of being. In this sense, the teaching role in relation to the student is responsible for the training of people who work in a developed and complex society. Reading is a way of understanding and interpreting the planet, making it possible to establish a link with society in a critical way, as it is through reading that human beings become capable of carefully examining the details and reflecting on the different situations experienced and acting in the world consciously. Once these skills are acquired, they have the ability to modify and (re)construct the environment in which they live. KEY WORDS: Educational trends. Innovative teaching. Educational technologies.
