ABSTRACT

With the advancement of business modalities in current times, platforms and applications have streamlined business. It is up to legal operators to monitor social demands in order to guarantee legal security in these relationships. Contracts for the purchase and sale of used vehicles by private individuals are an important vector of trade, therefore requiring an investigation of the legal framework that will protect this specific business. This work, therefore, analyzes the possibilities of application of the Consumer Defense Code and the Civil Code.
