The contemporary reality is marked by the constant search for improvements with regard to the educational context, in view of the need to make the teaching and learning process as meaningful as possible for students, and new technologies have proven to be a great ally of teachers. and students. (GUERRA; GOMES; RIBEIRO, 2020, p. 37). In schools in the municipality of Santo André, in addition to preschool and elementary education, there are already EJA (Youth and Adult Education) classes in some EMEIEFS (Municipal Education and Elementary Schools) and in the CPMFP (Public Professional Training Centers), which is the modality of teaching that integrates basic education, provided for in the Law of Educational Guidelines and Bases, which, in its article 37, stated that it has the purpose of providing opportunities to the public who did not complete elementary and high school studies at the appropriate age, can continue their studies. (BRASIL, 1996). Thus, it was demonstrated that the public in question, EJA students, is different from the one commonly attended in the traditional schooling process in Brazil - the context of this research, where the teaching series takes place based on age groups and training levels in the case, kindergarten, primary and secondary education. Diniz and Melo, in 2018, in a work presented at the V CONEDU (National Congress of Education) demonstrated that the education of young people and adults needs a different didactics and modality in the regular modality, as it works with students who already have life experience and need of attractions to feel motivated in the continuation of their studies. (DINIZ & MELO, 2018, p.1). This research was carried out from a qualitative approach, employing the case study for the investigation and used, for data collection, semi-structured interviews in the researched institutions. This investigation was carried out in schools in the municipality of Santo André (SP) in person and, in some cases, carried out online through the Meet application with teachers, pedagogical assistants and coordinators of educational services who work in the Education of Children modality. Youth and Adults.
