ABSTRACT
The present study deals with the topic Strategic management of people and leadership: considerations on good practice and aims to analyze the role of the people manager and how actions relevant to the formation of the corporate team are carried out so that the work carried out will satisfy users and customers. . The people manager plays a very important role in companies, as he is responsible for the success of the work of other employees, with the goal of actions that guarantee the excellence of the work carried out, and to this end it is necessary to adapt innovations in order to achieve efficiency. in its results, leading to the professionalization of management and complying with organizational and strategic criteria. The manager’s work is based on good leadership practices and is closely related to the humanitarian act of helping others in situations of need. It is currently standing out through the dissemination of knowledge and techniques that point to its contribution to the transformation of individual reality. , organizational and social. Satisfaction is not exclusively determined by human factors, but by a series of factors, including technology. However, the key to success and competence lies in the new frontier that is human behavior, which is knowing how to deal with people. This is the important role of the leader. The observed problem is that when leadership is carried out inefficiently it can cause problems, preventing the achievement of goals and leading the team to failure. Using an exploratory descriptive methodology, the study is based on scientific material available in the main databases such as SciELO and Google.
