ABSTRACT:
This article seeks to demonstrate that access to justice cannot and should not be monopolized by the Judiciary, as due to its overload due to the enormous number of demands, judicial processes, in addition to taking a long time to be completed, also require a large expenditure finances of the parties. In this way, a defense is presented in favor of strengthening extrajudicial conflict resolution mechanisms, to be carried out by Brazil’s extrajudicial services, in favor of achieving the true sense of justice. Thus, the possibility, already guaranteed by law, of carrying out an inventory process and extrajudicial sharing is presented, demonstrating through the presentation of its procedure, how dejudicialization is advantageous for Brazilian society.
