ABSTRACT

This work analyzes a proposal to create a universal protocol for identifying, validating and tracking content produced for the Brazilian judiciary through Artificial Intelligence. The focus of the research was legal documents generated through artificial intelligence. The research used the contents of legal documents prepared by the artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT, developed by the company OpenAI, comparing the technical aspects in relation to those written by legal professional human beings. Initially, the principle of legal security in relation to material produced through artificial intelligence was addressed and then it addresses the initiatives, proposals and projects of various organizations and countries in an attempt to create a regulatory model for the use by society of content created through use of artificial intelligence. And it concludes that the implementation and regulation of the use of an identifier for such productions is an element that would assist as a tool for defining responsibility and identifying authorship in satisfying the legal security of the use of content derived from artificial intelligence within the judiciary in Brazil.
